Miguel Tobar was born in Singapore, and after living with his family in Thailand and Madrid, he finished his school years on the Costa del Sol. After several years of law studies at CEU – San Pablo University in Madrid, Miguel obtained several years of experience in the real estate market with an International Property company and then created Villa Marketing in 1983.
Villa Marketing specialises in re-sales in Nueva Andalucia – Puerto Banus area but also covers the general areas of Marbella and Estepona. Villa Marketing covers new developments all along the coast and in the past has been successful on sole agency contracts for developments such as Malambo, Royal Gardens, Flores de Andalucía, Playa de La Lucera, and others. Villa Marketing also specializes in land investments, rentals and property management.
