Hacienda San Jose is a wonderfully warm and inviting small country hotel and restaurant. It has been built to very high standards, offering a feeling of comfort and relaxation while enjoying first class facilities. It lies in the heart of the Andalusian countryside but is very close to sea, beaches and some 13 golf courses all within easy reach It has 5 beautifully decorated junior suites, all with sitting room ensuite bathroom and mini-bar, around a wonderful colonial style courtyard, with a private entrance. There are two double bedrooms and bathroom on the main floor. In the private side of the house are three double double bedrooms. There is a reception, salon with a fireplace, an honesty bar, a very snug alcove “un hogar”, with a fireplace and a separate library/reading room. The whole building has hand made tiles throughout, and well insulated by means of cavity walls. The large dining room is at present only offers breakfast but in the summer months al fresco lunches are available. The restaurant lends itself to being a five star restaurant, seating up to 50. There is a laundry room and plenty of storage room. There is a tennis court and swimming all set with well manicured garden. The property has a very useful handyman/gardner who knows about and can work with all aspects of the maintenance.
