Advantages of LPA Membership
Professionals in the property business who have learned to work together already appreciate the special strength that can be generated through collaboration. These include the increased professional and personal enjoyment, apart from the direct monetary benefits, we receive when we are successful in sharing transactions together, and the heightened spirit of friendship and confidence generated with one another when we are able to share our experiences and knowledge with chosen colleagues. The LPA provides these benefits, and much more.
The LPA’s joint property portfolio can be reached worldwide through a communal database via the Internet at www.lpaspain.com, and a strict code of ethics binds its members together.
The LPA keeps its member agents up to date with events in the fast growing property market and the ever-changing planning and property regulations and legislation.
Forums will be organized to include lectures on every aspect of real estate life in Spain.
Natural advantages such as bulk buying concepts will be introduced through the existence of the association.
The LPA controls IT costs for its members and creates a substantial buying power for advertising space, thus achieving greater discounts on stationery, photography, printing and similar services.
The cost of advertising today in any media form can be greatly reduced by joint press and website advertising, with resulting savings for each member agent.
Unlike other associations led by PROFIT ONLY, the greater percentage of incoming members’ fees will be directly invested into improving the image of the LPA and its advertising.
