Aims and objectives
Experienced member agents are joining together in a professional association to achieve the following objectives.

- To create a “shop window” website for the LPA to promote all its members to the public who are buying or selling real estate.
- To use the website mechanism to create a complete database of members residential properties, access to which is available to members only by means of a private password.
- To hold regular workshops and forums for joint staff and management training.
- To hold regular social events, luncheons and dinners, some with guest speakers who will further the LPA members knowledge as well as fellowship and inter-trading relationships.
- 6. To explore and negotiate jointly for supplies of materials and services required for members day to day operations at beneficial rates.
- To forge relationships between the association and other associates in related industries to improve communications, information and inter-trading. These would include builders, architects, quantity surveyors, bankers, lawyers, interior designers and travel agents.
- To expand the membership of the association, without reference to competition, on a merit basis, and in accordance with agreed regulations and conditions.
- To provide a regular newsletter with information about all new transactions that have been negotiated, changes to regulations and laws related to our industry, association activities and events, new membership proposals and similar issues.
